Product Description

Paddy milling plant  technology is divided into 3 stages: rice pre-cleaning section, hulling separation section, rice milling and finished product finishing section.

(1)The process flow of the rice hull separation section is: clean rice → rice hull → rice husk separation → rice husk separation → clean husk.

(2)The process flow of the rice cleaning section is: rice→primary cleaning→removing impurities (sand, metal and barnyard grains, etc.)→cleaning the rice.

(3)The process flow of the rice milling and finished product finishing section is: clean roughness-primary whitening-secondary fine milling-grading-cold rice-white rice grading-polishing-white rice grading-secondary polishing-drum finishing Selection-color selection-mixing rice-measuring packaging-finished product storage
