Audited Supplier Wheat flour mill is mainly composed of feeding part, crushing part, grinding part and transmission part. The feeding part refers to the process of feeding wheat or other crushed wheat products in the milling process into the wheat mill. The operator adjusts the wheat mill in a timely manner according to the level of the material. The crushing part generally consists of two cylindrical rollers. According to the different process positions of each wheat flour mill in the entire milling process, it is designed with different rotation speeds and speed ratios so that the materials can be more distributed before entering the grinding rollers. Uniform, so that the thickness of the material entering between the grinding rollers is uniform and consistent, thereby ensuring a consistent grinding effect.
The grinding part refers to the grinding roller and some auxiliary systems, such as the grinding roller cleaning system, the grinding roller baffle, etc. The processing quality of the grinding roller itself directly affects the flour quality and output. The transmission part is that the grinding roller outside the main transmission part rotates at a higher speed than the grinding roller inside. Therefore, it is customary to call the two grinding rollers outside the wheat flour mill fast rollers and the two grinding rollers inside the slow rollers; a certain position must be ensured between the two grinding rollers. Therefore, a set of transmission mechanism between grinding rollers is specifically designed to meet this requirement.
