This complete set maize milling machine can produce low fat corn grits, corm germ, corn flour and corn peel with different size at the same time. The throughput of the set varies from 30 tons to 200 tons per 24 hours. The whole assembly line consists of grain cleaning, maize peeling, maize milling and maize flour packing parts.
Maize flour grinding machine have five stage.
1.Raw grain cleaning section
2.Peeling and embryo removal section
3. Gritting section: fine gritting, powder brushing, screening and classified suspension are adopted
4. Pulverizing section: adopt multi-channel grinding and screening process.
5. Metering and packaging section: storage can reduce labor, and metering and packaging can be manual or electronic.
