1. Before installing the 4-72 type centrifugal fan, you should thoroughly check whether all parts of the fan are complete, whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent, whether the connections between the components are tight, and whether the main components such as the impeller and impeller are intact. Check whether the main shaft and bearings are damaged, whether the transmission device is flexible, and whether there are foreign objects in the casing.
2. During installation, the fan base should be in good contact with the foundation, and the air outlet should be connected to the air duct through a soft joint or directly to the air duct, but the weight of the pipe should not be added to the fan.

3. Check the following departments:
The gap between the inlet and the impeller inlet is uniform. The hand plate impeller should rotate flexibly, smoothly and without friction. The grooves of the main and driven pulleys should be in the same plane and must not be misaligned.
Trial run. After completing the above work, perform a trial run. If the fan outlet is not connected to the air duct for trial operation, it must be blocked 4/5 before it can be started (otherwise the motor will be burned due to overload). When the motor reaches the rated speed and works normally, some air outlets can be gradually opened. The motor current should be monitored during trial operation to prevent overloading.
4.4-72 Before starting the centrifugal fan, check whether there is any looseness or friction.
5. When the 4-72 centrifugal fan reaches normal speed, the bearing temperature should be checked frequently. The bearing temperature rise should not be greater than 40°C, and the surface temperature should not be greater than 70°C.
