MGCZ Double Body Paddy Separator is a key equipment in rice milling processing. It separates mixture of paddy and husked rice into three forms, that is paddy, mixture and husked rice.
Double body structure is adopted to ensure smooth operation and small impact on supporting foundation; Both sides of the screen body separation effect consistency is good, product performance is stable and reliable.

The space of sieve layer is as high as 35mm, and the mixture of rice and coarse grains with more impurities can enter the sieve plate smoothly to separate clearly.
The top of the screen body is equipped with a transparent observation window, which is convenient to observe the separation effect of materials and prevent dust from flying.
Working principle
The material is fed from the feed port to allow the material to enter the brushing zone.
The brush plate on the rotor rotating at high speed strongly rubs the wheat to achieve separation of the material.
At the same time, the brush plate on the rotor pushes the wheat to the outlet end while wiping the wheat.
The separated dust forms the undersize, and the undersize is discharged from the bottom ash outlet.
